Landon and Family

Amanda called me on a Thursday to see if I could take pictures of her family on Saturday. We met at the park where Amanda and Brigham got married. It was the perfect place to take pictures of their adorable son, Landon! Brigham's parents and siblings were also there for some group pictures. As it turns out, Landon's grandpa was one of my professors for an entrepreneur class!

Steph + James: Married!

My cousin, Heath introduced me to his friends Stephanie & James when they were searching for their wedding photographer. Steph told me she wanted to let me hang her dress on a tree (see their sneak peak)...and that's when I knew their wedding was going to be amazing! It also didn't hurt that they are an adorable couple and fun to be around.

Jena + Andrew: Engaged!

Rumor has it that Jena and Andrew met in a math class and now they're planning a beautiful wedding for May 2010. Which means all of you get to check back here several months from now and see more pictures of them!

We ended up with two great locations and perfect lighting! They let me take them to an old truck stop, which was amazing! (Thanks!) We actually had to trespass for these pictures, but there was someone there and he didn't care that we were there. So it was all good and the photos were definitely worth it! Don't you think so?:







After the truck stop, Jena and Andrew wanted to take their dogs to this park that has a great walking path and stream. This is the first time I have been to this park and probably won't be the last now that I've seen it! We walked their very lovable dogs, Bently & Honda (Andrew likes cars) and played in the stream.



Plus I got to lay in sand to get this ring shot! I love it!

Sneak Peek: Family Session

Saturday was a great day! It was beautiful outside, plus I got the opportunity to meet 6 month old Landon and his wonderful family! Thank you for the great day of photos and I hope you enjoy them!

Sneak Peek: Jena + Andrew

Today consisted of checking weather.com often, making sure that it was going to stop raining by 3pm. Sure enough it stoped raining around 2pm, just like the website said. Which worked out perfectly for engagement pictures with the wonderful Jena and Andrew! I just couldn't help not posting a few today:

I ordered my first sample professional album last month...and it is beautiful! Sure it's tiny, but I like it...

This lovely little 4x4 green album is from Kiss Wedding books.

They recently introduced their improved little kisses!



You may remember these gorgeous little ladies! I couldn't resist using their fun balloon pictures for my mini-album!
